The ideal candidate is someone with an impeccable clear and precise phone presence, who prides themselves on organization, can multitask, take direction well, work well with others, has a cheery, positive and professional disposition, proficient with a PC, can learn quickly and prioritize tasks. All while providing top notch client service.
Job Description:
The client services receptionist will be responsible for operating a multi-line phone system. Meet and greet clients. Manage incoming faxes, post mail, prepare overnight packages, process paperwork, manage calendars, order & manage office supplies and other office duties. Assist travel, sales, marketing and accounting departments as needed.
The perfect candidate has a great disposition, professional appearance, clear, friendly and precise telephone voice, BA or BS degree, knowledge of current events and at least 2 years of professional office work experience. You must be able to provide excellent references.
