Greater Talent Network (GTN), America's leading celebrity speakers bureau, is seeking an energetic intern to work 15- 20 hours per week. We're interested in college students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the speakers bureau industry. We seek a motivated, self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Job Description:
• Assist the Sales team (prospecting, cold calls, updating database etc.)
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing departments (filing, preparing documents, data entry etc.)
• Professionally answer and route calls on a multiple-line phone system
• Other responsibilities as needed
Candidates Must:
• Have a strong interest in the Entertainment Industry or Sales
• Be fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work independently, effectively prioritize and multitask numerous responsibilities
• Strategic, resourceful and has excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism and poise under pressure
• Absorb and learn new information quickly
• ''No job is too small'' mentality
