This is a mid-level position in our NEW YORK office. All candidates must have previous experience in the music industry. Experience working as a publicists or manager in the industry with established label and artist network is a plus.
Job Description:
Create, manage and grow outreach relationships with opinion leaders in the music industry
Source, manage, and oversee brand placement at high profile music events
Create annual and project-related strategy presentations
Oversee creation and presentation of recap reports for all initiatives
Coordinate with internal departments to schedule and manage all facets of event planning and logistics
Activate event support in adherence to strict brand philosophy, marketing strategies, and visual guidelines
Work directly with artists, labels, and management to assess artists' needs and implement brand strategies and initiatives to support artists' goals (National)
Manage project-related budgets and maintain fiscal accountability for all programs
Leverage relationships for organic content placement
Supervise team tracking and scanning of successful placements and press mentions
Determine creative opportunities to support Artists/OL's with functional resources
Capitalize on synergy between GRACE music relationships and other internal departments
Manage team of marketing associates in logistic and support roles.
Pair brand event participation and attendance with appropriate OL relationships.
Attend all required brand training and company meetings as needed
Relocation package/expenses are not offered for this position. We are looking for someone with the knowledge and the contacts in New York City. |
