Description
Our Video Production department creates bespoke promotional videos, onscreen branding, safety videos, instructional videos and corporate videos for the airline industry. We work with globally recognized airlines, producing video productions that engage and inform the passenger of the entertainment selection available, while promoting and exposing the content for the airlines.
The Producer/Editor ‘Predator’, will be take projects from concept through to editing the final piece. They will be an integral part of the creative team, working on multiple projects at once, adhering to tight deadlines. The majority of your work will revolve around the organisation and production of monthly entertainment teaser reels & cross promos using existing media from trailers, TV shows and music videos. Other ad hoc production would include live action and animated safety videos, branded idents and system navigational promos.
They will display an exceptional sense of visual design, passion for editing and a clear interest in motion graphics and related technology & software. Updating and using relevant knowledge, keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to the job.
Key responsibilities
Main responsibilities of role:
• Scripting, editing, directing voice over sessions for monthly cross promos
• Developing new and current video production ideas
• Management and storage of project files and associated media?
• Working closely with creative team, project managers, third-party collaborators and clients to deliver completed projects
• Giving technical and creative support to video production team
• Delegating and managing production workflow
• Working closely with the Senior MGD & Director of Video Production on initial conceptualizations of new and existing productions
Qualifications
• Diploma; Media related degree an asset but not essential
• Experience; This role is ideal for someone with 1 – 2 years industry experience looking to take the next step in their career.
