Purchasing Administrator - Governance and Support
Job Title: IT Administrator
DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of the CIO, this position provides administrative and support services for the department. In addition to user administration function for all business applications, the Analyst performs duties such as tracking budget actuals, coordinating meetings, processing administrative IT tasks, processes invoices, processes IT purchases including placing orders and obtaining supplies, responsible for shipping and receiving IT equipment’s and products, and working on special projects. In addition to filing, scheduling, and document creation, deals with and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Responsibilities
Perform User administration function for all business applications.
Processes all IT Purchases and IT product receipt and coordinates remote receipts for invoice validation.
Processes all IT invoices, organizes, files, and tracks actuals to budgets.
Works with CIO and IT management on development and maintenance of the IT budgets.
Addresses the IT Department administrative tasks.
Addresses special projects assigned by the CIO

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two years’ certificate from college or technical school; or 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
