The NOC Operator/Support Analyst is required to give support to the costumers in Brazilian Hubs, and also give remote to mobility services costumers, being part of the service assurance team. Candidate will be part of the team that will give 24x7x365 customer support (L1/L2) help to monitor and management of satellite and terrestrial network infrastructure in order to help to achieve customer satisfaction and maintaining both corporate and contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
1. Regularly Monitor the Network in a proactivity manner, answer 0800 support phone, monitor support ticketing system and address client concerns or issues as they occur.
2. L1/L2 - Support to technicians during VSAT troubleshooting with the end costumer.
3. Troubleshooting and solve issues related to incidents, and end user coordination.
4. VSAT activations, commissioning and acceptance with Satellite Operator and remote technicians
5. Interacts with GoC, and also open, process and close tickets.
Requirements:
- MS Office computer skills
- Written and spoken English skills desired and Spanish as a second language would be advantageous
- - Complete range of communication abilities, and should know how to work as a team
- - Highly motivated with the ability to operate without direct supervision.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- - Maintain a positive "team first" attitudenvironment.
- Basil Knowledge of Global Enterprise Networksnvironments, SATELLITE WAN and LAN.
- Ability to travel abroad if needed.
