AMP Technical Operations works closely with our programming department to support airline client's monthly update of content available onboard aircraft. Each month audio and video content selected for exhibition is tracked from the lab to the hardware company. Supporting information both technical and descriptive is customized and conformed to each system's specifications for presentation to the passenger. Onboard content includes but is not limited to audio selections, video selections, duty free shopping items and magazines.
Key responsibilities
More specifically, the job entails to:
Aggregating and entering metadata information for client airline(s) in various formats and databases.
Extensive QC of entered information.
Communication and coordination of information between account manager, hardware provider and on site testers.
Proactively making recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
Database and Excel entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Working spelling and grammatical knowledge of English language.
Basic ability to resize and edit images in Photoshop.
Understanding of technical terminology for video, audio, hardware.
Ability to meet deadlines, time management skills.
Areas of interest and intrinsic competencies
