Key responsibilIties
More specifically, the job entails:
• Direct the development and execution of all marketing programs
• Write and oversee production of marketing collateral
• Develop and manage initiatives in advertising, promotion, sponsorship, special events, collateral, web site and other means that convey a unified and distinctive leadership presence in the marketplace.
• Responsible for delivering promotional materials to clients on a timely basis
• Research and create publications of film synopsis and other information
• Maintain and update image inventory and promotional graphics titles
• Manage marketing tools used to accomplish corporate marketing strategy including: trade shows, public relations, database, catalog, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, web site, publication advertising, sales support, etc.
• Manage creative development process utilizing a mix of in house and agency resources.
• Coordinate activities for Trade Shows by producing all graphics, booth, brochures and inserts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Journalism, or Marketing. An advanced degree in marketing or an MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in marketing and/or publicity
• Experience in brand promotion, product marketing and marketing campaigns.
Areas of interest and intrinsic competencies
• Solid project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In-Design
• Prior experience working with Marketing Automation tools
• A high attention to detail, proactive work-style, and the ability to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction.
• High level of enthusiasm and resourcefulness as well as professional integrity and confidentiality.
Work Environment
• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
• The job requires the ability to use a keyboard to enter and retrieve data.

• While performing the duties of this job, the mobility for the employee regularly requires sitting, frequent near vision use for reading and computer, lifting, stooping, bending, stretching, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching and other physical exertion.
• The employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• Lifting and/or carrying of up to 25 lbs.
• Must be proficient in mailChimp.
