Full Time Job
Key responsibilities
• Delivery of interactive / application update to customers, which includes acquiring, packaging, binding and release
• Initial point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, requests etc.
• Monitors scheduled timeline for assigned programs, coordinates with internal teams and customers to manage deviations if any.
• Prioritizes/ Negotiates on timeline with internal groups/ vendors.
• Verify deliverables from vendors.
• Coordinates & Communicates deviations/issues on deliverables to third party vendors and customers.
• Executes Interactive/application update using tools, deliver it to QA, resolve issues and adhere to quality norms.
• Maintains traceability of all the deliverables – which involves configuration identification of builds, managing the correlation between different versions, archival & retrieval procedures, baseline management, version control and managing change.
• Checks for paper work (Availability of CR/ Go-ahead/ Media cap limits, Work Items, P/ Number, Version number etc..)
• Effectively communicates with customer to understand the accurate details of complaints, requests and queries and ensuring timely responses to all.
• Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.
Qualifications & Requirements
• 2-4 years of work experience
• Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic level skills in Operating system such as Linux & Windows
• Basic skills of databases & programming
• Understanding of Adobe Photoshop
Education & Training Requirement:
• Graduate in any field (Commerce & Science graduates preferred)
Hours/ Schedule:
• Flexible work hours (For a 40/work hour week)
