Description
Key responsibilities
The role of Office Manager/Administrative Assistant is to support the GEE Key Initiatives in standardizing the administrative support processes and systems, globally, as well as provide support to senior management, including their Regional Office Manager and Director of Global Operations.
• Execute all assigned clerical Duties
• Maintain a Well-stocked Office
• Lead Social Committee
• Participate in the evacuation procedures Committee
• Act as YouEarnedIt (YEI) Champion
• Establish and maintain relations with vendors/property Management
• Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
• Full time reception which includes collecting mail, answering the phone, and dealing with couriers.
• Managing the technical aspect of the phone system including but not limited to programming and re-routing calls and creating messaging.
• Small scale customer service as the point to first contact
• Some sales support
Qualifications
• Full comprehension of the English language
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• 3-5 years of experience
• Associate Degree preferred
