Ginsberg/Libby is seeking a film publicity assistant or coordinator, based on experience level.
GINSBERG/LIBBY is a boutique public relations firm formed in 2009 that focuses on film, film festivals, awards, television, corporate branding, and interactive marketing. With a combined 23 years of experience successfully working in public relations, Ginsberg and Libby joined forces to create a vibrant new company with a fresh perspective.
We are looking to hire a full time assistant or coordinator interested in pursuing a career in publicity. Primary responsibilities include booking screenings, handling screening RSVP and attendee lists, managing press clippings, covering some screenings and events in the evening, and actively assisting a teams that works on a wide variety of film releases and film awards campaigns.
Ideal candidate will be hard-working, highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with excellent phone and email manner. Ideal candidate wants to be part of a fun, interactive environment for years to come and is interested in PR as a long-term career.
