Position: Temp Business & Legal Affairs Coordinator
Reporting to: Director, Business & Legal Affairs
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Job Description: GSN Business Affairs Santa Monica is looking for a candidate for a temporary position to provide contract administration and paralegal support to the Business Affairs and Legal department. This position will assist in servicing all areas of GSN's television, as well as GSN's domestic and international online gaming businesses.
You will be responsible for… (not limited to):
• Assisting in processing incoming contracts for trigger dates and other obligations,
• Entering relevant data into company database,
• Maintaining records of communication re: the status of agreements,
• Assisting with internal contract audits against database,
• Performing research for exploitation rights, trigger dates, and other contract terms.
• Occasional correspondence.
• Helping cover phone lines, maintain department files, arrange conference calls, and reserve conference rooms as necessary.

• Learning new software programs will be required. Experience with RSS/Alliant a bonus.

Preferred: College Degree
Experience Qualifications:
Required Minimum: least 2 years of Business & Legal affairs experience in online gaming or television industry and a background in Business Affairs/Legal.
