Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Executive Director, Digital Marketing
Location: Santa Monica
GSN TV Santa Monica is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing digital marketing efforts around a set of assigned original series. Coordinating across marketing teams, media and creative agencies and programming, this role will pair with an assigned Community Manager to function as Series Leads for all things digital.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that support series strategies.
• Managing digital paid media plan. This includes driving the agency to continuously improve our placements, securing review and approval from GSN management, and highlighting budget considerations and concerns.
• Driving creative development for paid media placements, securing review and approval from GSN management, and ensuring that we are flawlessly executing on our campaigns. This is inclusive of paid display, search and social campaigns.
• Partnering with the content team to ensure that digital content is being developed in accordance with series strategy, and that we are leveraging digitally-targeted content across all relevant platforms.
• Building and maintaining second screen experiences as appropriate, working with internal teams and technology providers.
• Owning data analysis and reporting for campaign activities. Collaborating with research team on all reporting against digital marketing activities.
• Creating and managing email campaigns in support of series marketing goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• 2+ years' experience in digital and social marketing; preference for TV or other entertainment experience
• Deep understanding of digital/mobile/social platforms and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience leading matrixed teams in developing and delivering creative projects.
• Ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of technical workings of websites and social network sites
Education Qualifications:
Required Minimum: High school diploma
Preferred: College degree
Experience Qualifications:
Required Minimum: 2+ years' experience in digital and social marketing
Preferred: Experience in TV or other entertainment involvement
