Position: Assistant
Reporting to: VP, Programming & Development
Location: New York
Job Description: GSN New York is looking for an assistant reporting to our VP, Programming & Development. This position will also help support our Director, Development in our West Coast office as needed; Serve as an department liaison; communicating with internal GSN divisions as well as the external business and creative community including agents, management, talent, producers and production companies.
• General administrative duties including: answering phones, scheduling, calendar management, expenses, copying and faxing, filing and planning all travel arrangements
• Coordinate and prep materials for meetings
• Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment
