High-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the President & COO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage executive's calendar and workload
• Brief executive on daily schedule each morning
• Provide general administrative tasks such as answering phones, faxing, scanning, mailing, filing and photocopying
• Make travel arrangements
• Prepare correspondence
• Ensure executive is well prepared for meetings
• Coordinate conference calls
• Receive visitors
• Respond to information requests from employees, clients, vendors, etc.
• Prepare reports when needed
• Special projects as requested
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Plan events on behalf of the executive

Attendance/punctuality - is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
Dependability - follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
