We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to work at our New York office. The ideal candidate will be serious about having a career, not just a job.
Here's a snapshot of what you will be doing:
• Request internal pricing approvals
• Communicate and follow up with overseas vendors on a daily basis
• Issue and process sales and purchase orders while meeting deadlines
• Assist in setup, data entry and maintenance of cost sheets
• Receive and create ticketing requests for all accessories
• Receive and check care label for all accessories
• Review test reports for all accessories
• Send sales order/reservation order to Allocation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure materials are approved and delivered on time
• Maintain development log
• Set up new styles using ARIA
Position Requirements:
• Must have experience with Excel
• 1-2 years experience production/packaging experience a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Detail Oriented with excellent follow up skills
• Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and able to work as part of a team
