Editor/Network Manager

We are looking for motivated and exceptionally bright individuals to grow and oversee large-scale networks of YouTube Channels. The ideal candidate will be a high-achiever with a passion for digital media who seeks the opportunity to grow with an exciting and fast-moving start-up.

Background:
2-4 years experience in creative/community/editorial for an online content company, management company, talent agency, or production/development company
BA/MA/BS
Content development experience
Superior Communication skills
Proven track record of recruitment and client services
Production and Development experience

Responsibilities:
Oversee a network of like-minded YouTube channels
Community management of all network talent
Build marketing materials for network
Source and license category content
Create promotion and distribution strategies to support the growth of network channels
Set editorial and creative tone for network
Analyze and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues
Resolve business issues with partners in a timely and effective manner
Work cross-functionally to identify new business opportunities
Implement and share best practices with peers

Desired Skills & Experience
Be a self-starter and natural leader with a strong desire to win and grow personally and professionally
Possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs
Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
Think creatively and communicate complex solutions efficiently both internally and externally.
Be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about online video and specifically YouTube
