We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager who will be responsible for working closely with internal and external partners to build programs that drive customer retention, optimize campaign performance, improve processes, and champion CRM initiatives and results within the company. In addition, this role will manage customer segmentation strategy to ensure our marketing efforts connect with our audiences. The ideal candidate would be a passionate leader who understands how to build relationships with our consumers, and have a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, and digital entertainment and the world of social media influencers. The candidate would also have a proven track record of related experience to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and execute the planning and coordination of segmenting consumer base
Be a champion for our consumers - Align with team and stakeholders to drive CRM activities that help strengthen our presence in the marketplace, deepen our relationship with the customer and drive business results
Lead CRM strategy and analytics to advance business goals, with internal and external stakeholders
Identify and drive successful adoption of proven best practices for CRM
Develop short and long-term goals for the CRM strategy
Design and implement plans for identified business opportunities for CRM strategy and analytics.
Coordinate the flow of data across the team to ensure that campaigns are effective
Report out on CRM program performance, including campaign metrics, performance by segment and testing results. Draw insights to guide future planning
Partner with finance on analysis and projections, providing data and/or reporting
Implement and improve upon processes to drive efficiencies in the work stream
Stay informed with respect to industry, direct competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5+ years of direct marketing experience, experience in building customer segmentation/CRM solutions
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and testing strategies
Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
Experience in analyzing data and reporting out on results. Must be able to manipulate data in Excel, hone in on key drivers/metrics and present results and recommendations
Excellent organizational skills, adhering to deadlines while ensuring accuracy
Ability to juggle multiple projects and shift priorities at a moment's notice, partnering with management to balance and prioritize workload
A high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task
Inherently collaborative nature and ability to build strong relationships and motivate individuals at all levels of an organization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
