Fullscreen Live is looking for a Manager to oversee creative development, production and execution of all national tours.
The Manager will be responsible for developing and ideating on new national touring product ideas, overseeing production of physical tours and any relevant creative digital assets, selecting and managing external production vendors when appropriate and liaising with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop new national touring programs that will appeal to our target demographics and are repeatable concepts that can live as IP across multiple live and digital platforms
Effectively manage and delegate tasks and tour responsibilities to a coordinator who will report to you
Continue the development and exploitation of existing live touring product IP
Work with talent procurement team to identify which emerging talent fit specific tours, and understand their fan base/ social reach
Work with marketing team to strategize ticketing and VIP best practices
Pitching ideas to key executive stakeholders for analysis and approval
Developing and pitching ideas that can be leveraged by internal sales teams for brand sponsorships
Work with internal creative and talent teams to identify new talent or creative IP that can be exploited in a live setting
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in delivery and distribution of content. Develop the appropriate resource plan to execute including freelancers, experts and/or additional team members as appropriate
Develop production budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure that they remain within budgetary limits
Coordinate with internal and external producers and production staff to manage on-time delivery of materials and to insure that key production milestones are hit
Work with marketing and social teams to ensure that marketing and production efforts are in line and in sync
Extensive travel as part of ongoing tours is required
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in live event production and management
Strong familiarity with digital-native talent space (i.e. YouTube/Vine/Instagram talent, etc.)
Bachelor's degree
Experience negotiating and communicating with entertainment industry professionals (i.e. talent managers, agents, talent, etc.)
Extensive knowledge and experience with digital video platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat
Strong knowledge of live event production requirements and management
Excellent leadership skills
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Experience managing internal and external production teams
Excellent ability to work across multiple internal teams to drive towards a common goals
Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; developing and implementing new strategies and procedures to maximize efficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to foster a cooperative work environment
Strong talent-facing communication skills
Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
Strong self-starter and strategic thinker; attention to detail and deadline oriented performer a must with the strong ability to multi-task
