Fullscreen is seeking a highly capable and eager line producer to start immediately. This person will join Fullscreen's SVOD team, working alongside a thriving creative department within a forward thinking media company and contribute to the brand's evolving identity and future successes. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the colliding worlds of traditional and digital talent, marketing, subscriber acquisitions, social media strategies, audience analytics, licensing and acquisitions, etc. The successful candidate will be a curious self-starter, who understands that delicate balance to manage both the financial considerations and the artistic goals of any given project.
Responsibilities:
Manage original productions for Fullscreen's SVOD service
Collaborate with the development team to ideate and understand new show concepts and projects coming down the pipeline
Help to create a blueprint for original productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and onboarding a team to execute
Review scripts, budgets, and schedules from outside production partners
Assess potential risks and responsible for discussions with insurance company
Consult with business affairs to address production services agreements, talent agreements, and union affiliations
Work with accounting and finance departments to track and process invoices and payments to various partners
Cost report reviews for internal and external productions
Auditing of productions' final deliverables
Qualifications:
Experience with a variety of TV and film production genres, ideally both scripted and unscripted
4+ Years of Production Management, 4+ years as a Line Producer
Organized manager with the ability to offer innovative and creative solutions to any problem
Natural leader who demands efficiency and takes initiative to install or improve processes
Ability to multitask and balance a heavy workload
Great communication skills and strong industry relationships
Quick with numbers and detail oriented
Must be HIGHLY organized
Some experience with union productions (SAG, WGA, DGA, IATSE)
Basic understanding of Music Clearance and Intellectual Property rights
