Full Time Job
Boutique entertainment law firm looking for an executive/personal assistant for a fast paced, but casual and fun environment. Must be extremely proactive, resourceful, organized, hard working, flexible and have a fun personality. Position will be primarily administrative along with occasional personal assistant work. Potential to grow for the right candidate. No legal experience required, however previous assistant experience is a must. Looking to hire ASAP.
You will:
• Serve as the gatekeeper, liaising with clients and other contacts.
• Proficient in social media
• Be able to pay excellent attention to detail
• Manage appointments, answer phones, handle call sheets and coordinate
conferences.
• Arrange detailed travel logistics.
• Be good with iPhone, google drive & computers in general (specifically Word, Excel,
Adobe, Photoshop, Quickbooks and programs I don't know I need yet)
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Run errands as needed
• Create and maintain organized working files, permanent legal files, and maintain filing
system and ensure up-to- date legal files.
• Photocopying, scanning, general office duties
