Fresno Studios is a digital content studio that creates mobile first, premium content for consumers to connect with and share. The development and production team produces content in-house, and strategically partners with the world's top entertainment studios and producers to co-produce and distribute content that is platform appropriate and truly engages consumers.
Full time Executive Assistant needed to support and assist the SVP of Development and Production throughout the development process, is able to work independently with little or no supervision and is also able to work well within a development/ administration team in an environment constantly changing priorities. A successful candidate will posses the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Responsibilities include: Assist in the coordination of development, production, and post-production logistics; maintain calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments and keep supervisors appropriately informed on a timely basis when changes occur; organizes and facilitates meetings and conference calls with colleagues, external clients and sales prospects; creates and maintains presentation, database and spreadsheet files; organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences; works closely with other administrative staff as needed to coordinate calendars, meetings and other events that involve multiple executives and/or departments; order/pick-up lunches; performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications include: Bachelor's Degree from a 3 year college or university is a must; candidate must have previous executive assistant experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; articulate and well spoken; a ''do whatever it takes mentality''; strong computer skills; detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize; ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: knowledge of social media and digital media; knowledge of YouTube, Vine, Tumblr, and Vimeo talent ecosystem; previous experience in digital media as well as traditional media.
