Job Description - In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to the Brand Partnerships team, including the SVP, Brand Partnerships & VP, Digital Brand Partnerships. The ideal candidate has a passion for the TV and entertainment industry, with an interest in digital, social media and brand partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate meetings
• Manage heavy schedules
• Prepare expense reports
• Arrange travel through outside agency
• Answer/roll telephone calls
• Extensive research
• Prepare PowerPoint decks for sales presentations
• Special projects and other related duties as required
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience within entertainment industry
• Bachelor's degree , preferably in Business or Marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word & Excel
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Agency or brand experience a plus
