Job Description:
FremantleMedia North America (FMNA) is the U.S. production operation of global media giant FremantleMedia. Based in Burbank, California, FMNA currently produces some of the most innovative and highest-rated entertainment on television, including the Emmy-nominated musical/reality phenomenon ''American Idol'' (FOX), ''America's Got Talent'' (NBC),''The X Factor (NBC),''Family Feud'' (syndicated), and the longest-running game show in television history, ''The Price Is Right'' (CBS).
Job duties
We are looking for an Assistant to support the heads of our Scripted Development team, working on multiple development deals and a variety of other fast-paced and important projects. This role will provide administrative support, specifically:
• Answering and screening calls
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Maintaining contacts and files
• Generating expense reports
• Making travel arrangements
• Coordinating company meetings
• Researching information as requested
• Handling special projects and other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Our successful candidates will have 1+ years administrative experience, preferably in an entertainment industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone manner, be a self motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and be proactive, possess demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, and the ability to interact with all levels of management. The power to manage time and set priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment will be extremely important. Close attention to detail and fastidious organizational skills are essential. Active interest in pop culture and television is a must! Resourceful networker a plus. Agency experience preferred.
