In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support to three busy executives in Business and Legal Affairs. Specifically, you will answer/roll telephone calls, coordinate meetings and manage heavy schedules, maintain and track legal documents, index, create and label new files; create and modify documents and reports using MS Word and Excel in an accurate and efficient manner; set up and coordinate meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in an entertainment company, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload. In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills, be resourceful, a team player, and have the ability to work independently. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality, implement systems and prepare forms is essential. Entertainment/Production experience strongly preferred. Legal experience a plus.
