Full Time Job
-Provide operator services for customers and employees.
-Assist staff in placing local and long distance calls; locate current information regarding phone numbers and locations of company employees and departments.
-Receive incoming calls, answer general inquiries, and connect callers with the appropriate individual or department.
-Review call center statistics and reports meet with management to review reports.
-Track department vacations and holiday hours to assure proper shift and call coverage.
-Supervise Call Center employees implement and monitor department standards, goals and procedures.
-Maintain a high level of customer service for all employees in the Call Center.
-Meet with management to discuss improvements and concerns with in the department.
-Review time card records and forward for approval.

-High School Diploma
-2 years of experience supervising and working in a Call Center environment.
-Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Must be well organized, flexible and possess the ability to multi-task effectively.
-Overtime required with little or no notice.
-Must be able to sit for extended periods while maintaining the operator station within the department.
-Must have good attendance and punctuality.
-Must maintain confidential information.
-Other duties as assigned.
