Stage Coordinator (Film and TV Production)
Stage Coordinator will be responsible for supervising location and production filming, including 3rd party productions.
Responsibilities:
• Act as Fox liaison for productions to ensure compliance with lot location parameters, Fire/Safety requirements, and Security issues
• Supervise lot locations after they have been scouted, prepped, and established
• Act as key point of contact to address production questions and concerns and provide customer service as needed after business hours
• Set up drive-ons, notify Security of stage openings, and prepare production schedules
• Update Stage Managers regarding all overnight production information
• Manage communication regarding any scheduled shoot that might affect building occupants or parking
• General office support regarding stages and productions
• Support Stage Managers as needed with lot locations
• Position will work primarily outside of normal business hours
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• A college degree or equivalent experience required
• Must be autonomous and decisive, able to work under deadlines, prioritize issues, multitask and adjust to rapid changes in a dynamic production environment
• 2 years Film and Television Production experience required (FOX experience a plus)
• Working knowledge of production hierarchy
• Must demonstrate professionalism and confidence when dealing with producers and clients
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact successfully with a wide variety of personalities
• Leadership skills and/or experience
• Customer Service oriented personality and/or experience
• Must be able to work a varied and flexible schedule, including early mornings (prior to 5 a.m.) and late nights (after 11pm)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
