Full Time Job
The NGM Renewals Specialist will manage aspects of the renewal, gift, and billing campaigns for NGM magazine for both North America and International, as well as NG History magazine.
Requirements
• Work with our fulfillment house, Time Customer Service, to set up renewal and billing spec memos that reflect the intended price and payment method
• Proofing materials for accuracy, managing stock orders, and insuring that campaigns stay on schedule
• Sets up and monitors renewal web pages and email renewals
• Creates and updates monthly and weekly profit and loss analysis for various sources of business
• Manage special projects as needed
• Process invoices for renewal projects, maintain invoice records, and assist with ledger reconciliations .
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities needed
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency required
• Must be able to create pivot tables for updating analysis
• Minimum of 2 years business experience, preferably in marketing
