Full Time Job
The Production Manager coordinates all production activities and personnel for FOX Sports Media Group's remote production programming. This position collaborates and oversees the production of program materials, works closely with producers, handles the needs of talent, freelancers & external clientele, creates production schedules, manages travel requirements, works with Operations, Engineering, IT & Legal departments and does financial reporting.
Responsibilities
• Manage all logistics connected to all FSMG's remote productions for organizational needs by working closely with the producers and talent. Creates production schedules, coordinates all travel and handles all talent needs.
• Manage all budgetary issues in relations to shows. Handles payroll for freelance hires & DGA Directors & ADs. Liaison between production staff and vendors.
• Works closely with Operations, Engineering, IT & Legal departments.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to multitask and work well with a group.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must be flexible with approach and diplomatic.
• Must be proficient with word, excel and other platforms.
• Must have a good knowledge of Studio & Remote Production organization, finance and logistics.
• Must have a working knowledge of technical requirements.
