Manager, International Post Production Asia Pacific and Latin America

The Manager of International Post Production for Asia Pacific and Latin America manages feature d-cinema mastering and localization. This position will be the primary liaison between Home Office, Territory Offices, and vendors to ensure all timelines and needs are met for the markets they support. This position reports to the Director of Asia Pacific & Latin America Post Production.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the Regional post production delivery of features
• Create and oversee the project localization plan and delivery schedule in the studio's international post production system (Copper / GTS)
• Manage outside vendors
• Advise and collaborate with Regional sales and marketing departments on all post production matters to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and theatrical release plans
• Collaborate with home office International Post Production to develop schedules that meet the needs of Regional release schedule
• Liaise with territory offices to assess delivery requirements and develop delivery schedules for their respective markets
• Oversee the delivery of each film's localization specifications and related assets to Enterprise Operations divisions
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with internal and external colleagues on technical and material problems
• Maintain consistent communication with management regarding the project's status
• Consult and collaborate on special projects as required
• Purchase order creation and invoice payments

Qualifications:
• 3 – 5 years Post Production experience with knowledge of the following areas: dubbing, subtitling, graphic localization, and d-cinema mastering
• Experience in international distribution
• Extensive knowledge of localization requirements for international markets
• Project management
• Team management
• Ability to maintain composure in a high pressure, deadline oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree

Desirable
• Experience with cutting edge tech such as high speed data transfers, streaming services, etc.
• Fluent in an Asian language, Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese
• Quality Control experience
