Executive Assistant, (Physical) Production
Twentieth Century Fox TV is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP of (Physical) Production. This position is located in Century City.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule both domestic and international travel, as needed
• Handle SVP's expense reports
• Handle production reports and call sheets to ensuring legalities and details are in check
• Ability to handle high-call volume while maintaining an efficient and effective priority list for SVP
• Adhere and prioritize SVP's calendar to ensure time is spent wisely
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with staff at all levels both internally and externally
• Coordinate with production offices to maintain internal virtual document system
• Assist shows in setting up writer and production offices
• Liaise with production offices in regard to studio resources and protocol
• Handle schedules and issues in a time-sensitive manner
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior TV or Film Production experience
• Understanding of the business and/or Entertainment Industry
• Somewhat outgoing personality; ability to be proactive
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Must be a highly organized individual
• Superior attention to detail
• Professionalism
