Executive Assistant, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment
Fox Home Entertainment is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with prior experience working within a communications related field to support the EVP of Worldwide Marketing Communications. This position is best suited for a self-motivated, energetic and driven individual with a passion for film, television, and the latest technologies relevant to the entertainment industry. The candidate will assist with day-to-day duties including: calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments, phone duties, handling visitor drive-on's, expense reports, organize and maintain EVP's weekly reports and files, setting up vendors, processing invoices, management of product orders, talent requests, travel arrangements, monitor and order office supplies, organize department finances, and provide support to others within the marketing communications team as needed.
The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be a team player driven to success, with the ability to handle pressures and deadlines in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running, and handle new challenges and changes with stride.

Requirements
§ Candidates should have some prior studio/agency experience
§ College degree is preferred
§ 5 year agency, network and/or studio publicity and/or marketing experience preferred
§ Excellent overall communication skills (written and oral) are important
§ Conduct web research and analysis for special projects
§ Ability to anticipate and prepare for needs
§ Must be a motivated self-starter and extremely detail-oriented
§ Must be able to multi-task under pressure and maintain a high level of organization
§ Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
§ Must be outgoing, creative and team oriented
§ Must be able to handle a fast paced environment and have excellent follow-up skills
§ Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel are a must
