A Production Partner of Fox is currently seeking a career Executive Assistant to support the President.
In this position, you will support the President in remaining well-organized and assisting by:
• Preparing items for meetings-- gathering and creating all materials needed for creative briefs; presentations or status updates
• Booking travel (both international and domestic)
• Handling a high-level of calls (both international and domestic) with the utmost professionalism
• Prioritizing the calendar and to-do list
• General office management (mail, shipping, faxing, photocopying & filing)
• Handling travel & entertainment expense reports
• Create and proofread letters, memos and spreadsheets
• Assist in development, preparation and ongoing management of brand and program plansIn addition, this position will have close interaction with different functional areas within 20th Century Fox Television, as well as other business units within the Fox Entertainment Group and should be comfortable interfacing with a variety of business partners internally and externally (at all levels).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of administrative work experience
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Outlook, Calendar and Database programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Technically savvy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Familiarity of television production, marketing and distribution
• Genuine interest in an administrative role (and Television Comedy) is a plus
