Executive Assistant, Theatrical Digital Marketing (20th Century Fox Film)
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing for Twentieth Century Fox Theatrical Marketing, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and digital duties such as coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, ordering supplies, managing vendor billing, submitting expenses, arranging travel and providing support for group VP's. In addition, you will help secure creative materials and material approvals, vendor management, take on certain creative projects as well as assist digital marketing strategy executives in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, handling certain logistics, benchmarking, and tactical tasks.

Qualifications:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years
administrative experience in a marketing department at a movie studio or
digital agency, have creative chops, flawless communication skills (written,
presentation, expectation management) and be very organized. You must be adept
with social media.
