Responsibilities
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day scheduling of production crews. Ensures proper staffing for all productions by gathering availability in advance. Ensures all positions are crewed accurately and alerts management of potential conflicts, OT, 6th days, turnaround, etc. Must learn or be knowledgeable of Union contracts. Knowledge of ScheduAll highly desired.
• Confirms crew arrival and confirms break schedules with multiple crews daily, as needed.
• Updates schedules daily and posts weekly schedules, per CBA.
• Answers main Stage Production phone line and checks voicemail for sick calls, scheduling changes, emergencies, etc. from studio crew personnel. On certain days, employee will be required to be ''on-call'' for scheduling emergencies via a Company provided cell phone.
• Responsible for retrieving timecards. Ensures coding is correct on timecards prior to production manager's approval. Provide copies of time cards to employee if timecards have been modified.
• Creates crew request sheets for daily productions.
• Ensures stages and productions have adequate office supplies, time cards & craft service.
• Places local IATSE calls & contacts Local for open calls.
• Responsible for retrieving unavailability sheets & PTOs, entering information in electronic scheduling system and scans forms to production share drive.
• Maintains contact information for all crew in electronic scheduling system. Prepares & submits new hire paperwork.
Qualifications:
• College degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a studio-based production environment.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Must be able to listen well.
• Detail oriented, work flexible shifts and a self-starter.
• Frequently required use of hands and fingers to write, manipulate telephone and computer keyboard. Regularly required to hear,talk and use close vision. Lift boxes of files.
• Computer, telephone, printer, calculator, copier, fax machine.

The Fox Networks Engineering and Operations Group (NE&O) is the group that is singularly responsible for the receipt, uplink, delivery and distribution of all networks wholly or partially owned by FOX, Inc. NE&O is a 24/7 mission critical operation which supports business units in seven distinct locations – three (3) in Los Angeles, California (Pico, Playa del Rey and 1440 Sepulveda); one (1) in The Woodlands, TX; one (1) in San Francisco, CA; one in Charlotte, NC; and one (1) in New York, NY.
