Full Time Job
Focus on the daily operational needs associated with delivery of the Broadcast Syndication and Cable Network programming which includes:
• Entering show timings and assigning episodes to the scheduled air dates in DealMaker, our Ad Sales traffic log system
• Uploading and sending out email alerts to the stations with the Syndication program logs, on the 20th Television website
• Maintaining program logs and revised logs on the 20th Television website.
• Creating and posting monthly declaration of performance documents to the website
• Collecting monthly usage from cable clients, MASH stations and Simpsons stations
• Inputting the monthly telecast usage for the cable clients, MASH and Simpsons into Barcelona, our telecast tracking system
• Routinely responding to inquiries and fielding requests from station managers and program directors
Qualifications:
Skills Required:
• Must be organized, focused and detailed oriented
• The ability to multi-task on a busy desk
• Provide good customer service via phone and email
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
• Proficient at data entry on a PC
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience at either a media buying agency or media sales department
• Knowledge of media math, such as CPM's, ratings, and audience composition is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills is imperative, as is the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work closely with others
• Proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint and able to quickly adapt to the internal operating system
