Full Time Job
The Associate Producer is responsible for coordinating and editing taped elements into shows including Opens, teases, packages, vignettes, and VO's. This position will confer daily with Producers taped elements and has creative and editorial judgment on the edited material.
Responsibilities
• Edit opens, teases, and elements for live and taped segments.
• Create and curate segments for digital component of show.
• Work with PA's on shows to implement video tape gathering process and oversees PA assigned to them in their day to day role.
• Supervise live/taped voice over sessions.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the production of sports studio broadcasting is necessary.
• The ability to work in a fast paced sports production environment and strong writing skills
• Knowledge of INews, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required. Some editing experience (Velocity, Avid, Dalet, Final Cut, Quantel, etc.) required AND experience in back-bench producing Avid sessions.
