Full Time Job
Assistant needed for two busy television studio executives. Workload includes rolling a high volume of calls, setting meetings, taking notes during calls, distributing script materials, maintaining a busy schedule, and generating/updating memos. Candidate should have strong interest in TV Current Programming and have the ability to multi-task in a sometimes stressful environment. Needs to be a professional, courteous and strong liaison between the studio and the offices of producers, agents and internal executives.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of assistant experience in TV or an agency are preferred.
• Strong background in TV development, lit, programming or production are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience required.
• Must possess strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
