Full Time Job
Twentieth Century Fox TV Music handles all of the music needs of every television show. We hire music supervisors and composers on each of our projects and follow them to make sure they are delivering great cues. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance and key organizational support.
Responsibilities
• Manage phones
• Manage appointment calendars (includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments) and contacts
• Travel & entertainment expense reporting
• General office management (mail, shipping, facilities oversight, equipment, etc.)
• Travel arrangements (as needed)
• Assisting with CD submissions and managing our music library
• Creating script breakdowns for upcoming shows
Qualifications:
• Passionate about the Television/Television Music and Entertainment. High interest in the online space and entertainment content that is presented on new technologies
• Very detail oriented and organized
• Good phone demeanor
• Strong computer skills. Fluency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with HTML a plus
• Able to problem solve and anticipate back-up plans
• Good written and communications skills
• Familiarity with popular and up-and-coming entertainment web sites and technology trends a plus
• Must have an extreme interest and knowledge of the music industry
• Must be proficient with computers and the technology that music is used on (IE ftp sites, iTunes)
