The Advanced Ad Products Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the SVP and VPs of the Advertising Data & Tech Solutions Team. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and function well under pressure. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel, conferences and meetings.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate executives and parties; take messages and return calls as requested.
• Prepare and submit timely expense reports.
• Organize and maintain department's workflow and schedules, and handle general office duties such as filing, copying, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
• Work on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Prior administrative experience in an office environment required. 1-2 years of assistant experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
• Experience with Concur a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to multitask and handle a high-stress and high-volume atmosphere
