Keep Me Posted, a Foto-Kem company, has an immediate opening for someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has experience in a graphic environment. This is a fast paced position where decisions need to be made quickly and materials delivered on a tight schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Create daily Excel graphics schedule.
• Preliminary forecasting of project assignments and hours needed for completion
• Review graphic work orders for any questions or issues.
• Field questions from client about status of projects
• Work with the graphic artists, to assure all elements needed for editorial are ready, and the file paths sent to the appropriate people.
• Insure accurate reporting and accounting of designer hours and projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D
• Oversee assignments and work load of artists.
• Quality check graphics before delivery for spelling and appropriate tagging.
