Job Description: PR and marketing firm that handles A-list actors, screenwriters, directors and producers seeking motivated, detail-oriented assistant. You will be responsible for supporting the President/CEO. You will handle a high volume of phone calls, update calendars, assemble and maintain press kits, draft press releases and client bios, update and maintain contact lists, conduct online research, and provide support for active client accounts. You may be asked to assist with work events after hours.
Skills Required: 1 year previous PR experience required. Strong written and oral communication skills, strong knowledge of social media networks, interest in film and television, prior knowledge of major entertainment industry figures, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette, PC proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, Photoshop, etc. Knowledge of BlackBerry.
