Internet marketing involves creating, analyzing, measuring and optimizing online marketing programs to realize marketing goals. Online marketing involves teaming up with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Business Development to create and deploy highly efficient online marketing programs, utilizing SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.
The LFP Internet Group, LLC. is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SEO Manager to develop and manage the SEO strategy across all entities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategy for all the divisions at LFP, Inc.
Integrate direct traffic, organic traffic (search engine), referral traffic (affiliates/partners), and Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Periscope, Porn Star traffic, etc. with all facets of search, social, and web design
Oversee frequently creative content, including blog posts and articles
Assure SEO integration into UX, Content, & Design SEO website - Site architecture & competitive content creation, planning & execution communicating technical SEO to Internet team using web analytics to define SEO strategy blog optimization/set-up
Design, manage and implement Internet marketing strategy and methodologies including paid search marketing and remarketing
Manage regular reporting and tracking, report metrics appropriately and flag issues for internal stakeholders
Develop and manage budgets and metrics, understand and implement conversion codes for the purpose of tracking
Drive consistent growth and profitability by actively managing the prioritization, optimization, and rebidding of actively marketed paid search campaigns
Analyze and report program performance; provide recommendations and results for improvement and new programs.
Develop and mentor team with new responsibilities and challenges
Actively streamline processes and automate functions in order to best scale continued growth
Provide weekly performance reports that analyze traffic and engagement metrics, and take findings into consideration when planning and creating future content
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Arts or Science with emphasis in computer science, marketing, communications, advertising, or any related field
Deep interest and knowledge of SEM and business analytics
Proficiency of all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of PPC marketing, specifically Google AdWords and Google Analytics
Proven track record of increasing organizational profitability using paid search
Skilled in driving traffic through other online marketing channels (display, affiliate, email)
Advanced analytical and mathematical skills, along with intermediate Excel skills (macros)
Working knowledge of SQL preferred
Ability to win support from stakeholders in other areas of company
Outstanding leadership skills
Great troubleshooting skills and a love of solving problems
Excellent project management and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexible in a fast-paced environment
EXPERTISE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS
Web analytics: generating analysis and traffic reports using Google Analytics and other analytic products, and prepare reports; understand the effectiveness of keywords being used and measure the usefulness of on and off-age optimization strategies
Keyword research: research the best keywords using tools such as Word Tracker, keyword Discovery, Google Adwords, Keyword Tools, etc.
Keyword analysis: leverage Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tools, and other tools for better results, understand where visitors are coming to our sites from, why they are going back, and how to keep them at our site; leverage key factors such as relevancy, popularity, compositeness
On-page optimization: meta-tagging, page headings, content optimization, image optimization, hyperlink optimization, code optimization
Off-page optimization: directory submission, article submission, blog creation & submission, forum submission, link exchange, social media marketing, social bookmarking, RSS feed submissions, etc.
Social media marketing: experience with Fan pages and Twitter profiles for user experiences. Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, and other social networks
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Google Analytics Individual Qualification & Google Adwords Individual Certification preferred
Excellent verbal, writing communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and inter personal skills
Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and a sense of urgency
Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
Highly organized and an eye for detail
3-5 years of experience in a SEO or equivalent type of role
