FilmOn TV, world largest IPTV platform with over 800 TV channels and 90,000 video-on-demand movies and shows, is looking for Lead Generators/ Account Coordinators to support its Advertising Sales department. Located in Beverly Hills.
Duties of the Account Coordinator:
• Generate new leads and new accounts for Business Development team.
• Preparing account service-related documents such as Media kit proposals, and other client communication and correspondence.
• Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
• Fielding and processing internal information requests.
• Assisting in mailings.
• Maintaining current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate.
• Manage the weekly status for all account in Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships among all departments and be reliable resource to all team members.
• Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned client's industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
High level of organization.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications (Power point & Excel are must).
Some College or a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field.
