FilmRise is a fast-growing digital film and television distribution company which will release 16 theatrical films in 2016.
We are currently seeking a Theatrical Distribution/ Print Traffic Manager
Duties include:
• Maintaining print tracking database
• Tracking shipping, confirmation and receiving of all films
• Liaising with projectionists and theaters
• QC-ing materials
• Trouble shooting any print traffic issues
• Working closely with bookers and marketing to coordinate the delivery of trailers, features and physical materials to all theaters
• Directing contact with external theatrical delivery companies to coordinate timely delivery in all formats
• Working with theaters to make sure they have the correct marketing materials on their website as well as physical marketing materials
• Working closely with website coordinate to make sure website is kept up to date with all new bookings
Must have:
• 1-2 years experience
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Fluency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, Film Knowledge, Dropbox
• Knowledge of film formats; DCP, BluRay, Digital, etc.
• Experience with production, film or P&A budgeting a plus
