POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for interns for the spring semester in addition to the summer. Positions are available for undergraduate and graduate interns who would like to gain experience in digital video content for independent feature films.
FilmBuff internships provide valuable exposure to the emerging digital entertainment landscape in addition to the unique opportunity to help grow a start-up organization. FilmBuff interns receive a daily stipend of $15, as well as academic credit. There are several internship positions available. Interns that are available for full days are preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ideal candidates will be energetic and have a strong work ethic and incredible attention to detail
• Experience and interest in working with graphic design, artwork and/or video materials
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically the Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Final Cut Pro a plus
• Possess the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced and professional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to)
• Track and coordinate digital assets and their management
• Work on small graphic design projects including promotional artwork, key art and video promotion materials
• Learn to maintain responsibility for assigned projects from beginning to end
• Actively participate in projects to support the operations and efficiency of the team |
