Reports To: HR & Operations Manager
Status: Non-exempt
Department: Operations
Location: Los Angeles, CA (West LA)
Position Summary:
This position will assist with daily company operations in all capacities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and assist in managing craft services / office supplies
Making various runs for production teams
Helping production teams with odds and ends, (transcription, research, etc)
Courier items as needed
Work closely with all departments to ensure they have operational support
General office maintenance (cleaning, organizing as needed)
Works on special projects as needed
Education and Work Experience:
Desire to work in entertainment, specifically nonscripted/documentaries
Experience with cameras and production equipment preferred
Bachelor's degree in an entertainment preferred, but not required. Experience in lieu of a degree is ok.
Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs.
