FX Networks is seeking an in-house Travel Coordinator to handle a heavy volume of travel arrangements for the publicity department.
Responsibilities:
• Handle high volume travel desk for FX Networks.
• Communicate with all levels of employees and talent to provide exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner, including a heavy amount of direct communication with talent and their representatives.
• Source hotel room blocks for all related events (junkets, premieres, etc.)
• Create and maintain hotel rooming lists for various FX Networks events.
Qualifications:
• 5-6 years of Entertainment / Production travel agent experience required in high volume environment
• Strong SABRE GDS skills, as well as working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven communication and customer service skills in an intense, fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented personality
• Able to find creative solutions, and remain poised and professional under pressure
• Self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and reliable
• Maintains confidentiality and works well with senior executives, as well as with talent and their representatives
• Must be able to work overtime, including nights and weekends
