FX Networks is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two marketing executives.
Responsibilities
include answering phones, calendar management and organizing multi-departmental meetings.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative office support to EVP and SVP, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing schedules, handling expense reports, making travel arrangements, gathering mail, arranging couriers, and creating presentation decks and tracking spreadsheets.
• Provide office support for Marketing department, including ordering supplies and materials, equipment, and furniture; working with IT on computer issues; and assisting with temporary staffing, messenger/courier, framing and various other needs.
• Work with Development, Public Relations and Production departments on procuring materials, including scripts (and all changes), call sheets, production schedules, cast & crew sheets, dailies, rough cuts, final air copies, and print materials for Marketing department. Provide these materials as needed for radio, print, and AV vendors.
• Manage the Box and FTP folders for EVP and SVP, create screen grabs, and archive campaign materials.
• Provide departmental support on as needed basis during launch campaigns, including QCing materials, distributing assets, and compiling presentation materials.
Qualifications:
• Four year college degree required
• 1-2 years assistant experience in entertainment preferred
• Interest in television marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be resourceful, proactive and able to independently prioritize workload
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, and PowerPoint. Mac proficiency required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
