Full Time Job
The Fox Regional Sports Marketing group is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support two executives as well as manage the daily operational and administrative responsibilities for regional marketing. This position will also assist with platforms and programs spanning communications, ad sales and digital. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the execution of on-air promotions and consumer marketing campaigns. He/she will be asked to organize and develop short and long term plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the division. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing for FOX Regional Sports Networks and is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities
• General Administrative duties: Expense reports, travel arrangements, office management, schedule meetings, shipments, order supplies, answer phone, and IT requests.
• Marketing Administrative duties: Coordinate and assist in the development of all marketing and on air promotional campaigns. Assist in coordination of assignments given to Marketing Directors.
• Communications, Sales and Digital Administrative duties: Create recaps for RSN marketing platforms supporting ad sales, assist with social and digital programs across the regions, and assist with communications efforts. Develop status reports for projects and create timelines for the completion of projects.
• Production and personnel assistance: Dub compilation reels such as tool-kits for delivery to the regions. Create an internal library and catalogue for all marketing campaigns for future reference. Assist with intern program. Generate PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
• College degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of corporate administrative experience required.
• Strong written/oral communications required.
• Experience with PC/Microsoft required.
• Must be detailed oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills.
• Must be self-starter and highly motivated.
• Must have interest in sports and/or television.
